The open version generator set is composed of a solid 2.5mm thick sheet metal base fully welded and epoxy powder coated black RAL9005, which brings the structure to be suitable for intensive and heavy duty work.
The interposition of anti-vibration rubbers between the frame and the engine+alternator block, the metal fuel tank and muffler, guarantee our product's sturdiness and durability even in professional settings as well as for classic emergency and hobbyist uses.

The EY-20TDE model's electrical panel, available with and without AVR, is equipped with a 32A 5-pin 400V CEE socket and a 16A 3-pin 230V CEE socket. Both outlets are equipped with a built-in circuit breaker, which offers protection against overloads and short circuits, ensuring safe operation. In addition, they have a protective breaker that interrupts the circuit in the event of a fault. As standard, the model includes a voltmeter, an hour meter, a red light to indicate low oil pressure, a yellow light to indicate alternator malfunctions, and a green light to confirm proper engine operation.

These generators are suitable for powering any type of equipment, obviously within the limits of the power delivered by the generator. Should the generator be used to power loads with electronic board (TVs, computers, inverter welders, etc.) we recommend the optional electronic voltage regulator (AVR). Although the silenced cabin is suitable for outdoor use, for possible fixed applications, we recommend that a canopy be provided if the generator is not placed in a dedicated room. The 3000-rpm models are suitable for non-continuous use. Incorrect use of the generator set will result in overheating of the engine and wear of various components. Any damage caused by incorrect use of the generator will not be covered by warranty.
