Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base, and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1 Class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles fresh and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring practicality in transport.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It is equipped with 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The controller monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor RPM and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.

The ComAp InteliLite AMF8 control panel is ideal for the automatic management of generating sets, in both emergency and continuous use.
The 128x64 px backlit display ensures clear data visibility.
Powered within a range of 8 to 36 VDC, it’s protected against dropouts up to 100 ms, ensuring consistent performance.
It performs precise readings of three-phase voltage and current, for both the grid and the generator sides.
It logs working hours and useful events for technical management.
Among its protections: alarms for overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, frequency anomalies, incorrect phase rotation, and low fuel level, with automatic shutdown.
Compatible with plug-in modules, it is ideal for scalable and accurate applications.

Although the silenced cabin is suitable for outdoor use, a canopy is recommended for stationary applications if the generator is not placed in a dedicated room.
