Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base, and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1 Class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles fresh and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenient transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It is equipped with 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor rpm, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.

The InteliLite AMF8 is a compact electronic panel designed for the automatic control of generating sets in both standby and prime power applications.
It features a 128x64 pixel backlit display, easily readable and providing immediate access to operational parameters.
It supports power supplies from 8 to 36 VDC and is built to withstand short voltage drops (up to 100 ms) without affecting functionality.
It offers precise monitoring (2%) of voltage and current on all three phases, for both mains and generator.
It stores operating events and working hours, aiding preventive maintenance.
Integrated protection features include automatic shutdown in case of over/undervoltage, abnormal frequency, overcurrent, incorrect phase rotation, and low fuel.
Its expandability through plug-in modules makes it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
