Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base, and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1 Class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles fresh and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenient transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It is equipped with 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The controller monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor RPM and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.

Its 128x64 px icon-based backlit display allows easy data interaction and monitoring.
It operates on DC voltage between 8 and 36 V, tolerating dropouts up to 100 ms, ensuring operational reliability.
It monitors voltage and current across all phases with 2% accuracy, on both grid and generator sides.
It stores event logs and total runtime, supporting planned technical maintenance.
It features advanced protections: alarms for abnormal electrical conditions, incorrect phase sequence, and low fuel, with automatic engine shutdown to prevent damage.
Its modular design allows for functionality expansion via plug-in modules.
