Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base, and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1 Class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles fresh and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenient transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It is equipped with 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor rpm, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.

Designed for generator set automation, the InteliLite AMF8 controller is ideal for both backup and prime power applications.
It features a 128x64-pixel graphic backlit display that is easy to read.
It supports input voltages from 8 to 36 VDC and offers effective protection against brief power interruptions (up to 100 ms).
It measures voltage and current across three phases with 2% accuracy, both for the mains and the generator.
It automatically stores operational events and working hours, facilitating scheduled maintenance.
It includes safety protections for critical conditions such as overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, abnormal frequency, phase rotation error, and low fuel level, triggering engine shutdown when necessary.
The unit is expandable via plug-in modules, making it a flexible and scalable solution.

Although the silenced cabin is suitable for outdoor use, a canopy is recommended for stationary applications if the generator is not placed in a dedicated room.
