Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base, and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1 Class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles fresh and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenient transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It is equipped with 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The control unit monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor rpm, and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.

The AMF controller is a compact device for automatic management of gensets in case of power failure. With a 140x113 mm front bezel, it has 3 main buttons (STOP-AUTO-START), 2 navigation buttons (↑↓), and an icon-backlit LCD display for clear reading.
12 or 24 VDC power supply, protected against reverse polarity, ensures reliability in all situations. Monitors line and group voltage and frequency (L1, L2, L3), apparent power (kVA), current delivered, motor RPM, electrical consumption, load used, and battery voltage. It also displays power factor, hour meter and alternator voltage, distinguishing between grid or active group.
Programmable from the panel, it manages maintenance intervals and stores up to 50 events, facilitating diagnostics and planning. Common alarms report high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failure to start and maintenance request, etc. offering comprehensive protection.

It has a 400V 5P 32A CEE outlet and a 230V 3P 16A CEE outlet, both protected by 4P 32A and 2P 16A circuit breakers, respectively, to offer high protection against overloads and short circuits. It is also equipped with an easily accessible emergency stop button and fuses, providing additional system protection.
