Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base, and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1 Class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles fresh and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by two eyebolts, ensuring convenient transportation.

COMAP AMF25
The ComAp AMF-25 is a control unit designed for automatic gensets, with a 210x150 mm front frame. It has front buttons for easy and intuitive navigation. The backlit LCD display ensures clear and immediate reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity, ensuring reliability.
The control unit monitors key parameters such as voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor RPM, battery voltage, etc.. It stores up to 350 events and allows management of maintenance intervals, facilitating diagnostics and operational planning.
It integrates alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency anomalies, failure to start, exceeding maximum current, etc. Each alarm can be configured to trigger engine shutdown.
Up to two optional remote control modules can be added, increasing the versatility of the device.

The automatic panel, with painted sheet metal construction and IP44 certification, is equipped with a porthole door and key lock for optimal protection. The ComAp AMF25 control box provides highly precise control, accompanied by a high-capacity terminal block and a 4-pole circuit breaker. A battery charger and an emergency button are also included in the package.

Although the silenced cabin is suitable for outdoor use, a canopy is recommended for stationary applications if the generator is not placed in a dedicated room.
The 1500 rpm models are suitable for continuous use. For extended use exceeding several days, it is advisable to consult with our technical staff to ensure that the appropriate power is chosen.
