Equipped with a self-supporting frame made of carbon steel plate, electro-welded and a soundproofed steel enclosure with a thickness between 1.5 and 4.5 mm for a solid structure and excellent sound insulation.
The exterior epoxy powder coating features a RAL6017 green cabin while the roof, base, and panelboard are RAL7012 gray, ensuring a professional design. The interior is lined with sound-absorbing, water-repellent and oil-resistant polyurethane with EN13501-1 Class B fire resistance.
Built-in muffler reduces noise by 35 dB(A) for quiet operation. Two lockable doors provide secure access, while the ventilation system handles fresh and warm air. Lifting is facilitated by four eyebolts, ensuring convenient transportation.

The Lovato RGK420SA is a compact control unit with a 110x110 mm front frame, ideal for stand-alone gensets. It is equipped with 3 front keys and a 3-position mechanical key (OFF-ON-REM), which can be removed in the OFF and REM positions. The backlit LCD display ensures clear reading, while the 12 or 24 VDC power supply is protected against reverse polarity.
The controller monitors voltage (L1, L2, L3), frequency, apparent power, current, motor RPM and battery voltage. It stores the last 40 events and manages maintenance intervals.
Includes alarms for high engine temperature, low oil pressure, low fuel level, voltage or frequency abnormalities, failure to start, and exceeding maximum current, with automatic engine shutdown for protection.

The InteliLite AMF8 is the ComAp control panel for automatic management of generating sets in emergency and prime power modes.
The 128x64 px backlit LCD display offers a user-friendly interface.
It supports 8–36 VDC power supplies and is immune to drop-outs up to 100 ms.
It accurately measures three-phase voltage and current on both mains and generator sides.
It logs events and runtime, simplifying scheduled maintenance.
It includes full protections: alarms for overvoltage, incorrect frequency, phase rotation, low fuel, and automatic shutdown.
With the option to add plug-in modules, it adapts to any plant requirement.

Although the silenced cabin is suitable for outdoor use, a canopy is recommended for stationary applications if the generator is not placed in a dedicated room.
The 1500 rpm models are suitable for continuous use. For extended use exceeding several days, it is advisable to consult with our technical staff to ensure that the appropriate power is chosen.
