Outdoor silenced cabin made of steel and painted with epoxy powder to ensure optimal corrosion resistance. The cabin is RAL6017 green, while the roof, base and front panel are RAL7012 gray. It is equipped with sound-absorbing material with high acoustic insulation power. Accessibility for routine and extraordinary maintenance is facilitated by sturdy lockable doors. Inside the hood is a residential muffler with noise reduction of 35dB(A). The central lifting hook is certified. Fresh air intake and hot air exhaust occur vertically through special soundproofing pockets.

The EY-R80F has an electrical panel designed to ensure reliable and safe control. The centrally located ComAp AMF25 control box is equipped with an ON/OFF switch and protected by a porthole for optimal visibility and enhanced safety. The panel integrates a battery charger and a periodic test function for continuous system monitoring, with clear references for grid connection.
Housed in an IP44 weather-resistant metal case, the switchboard includes eight configurable outlets: a 5-pin 400V 125A CEE outlet, a 5-pin 400V 63A CEE outlet, a 5-pin 400V 32A CEE outlet, a 5-pin 400V 16A CEE outlet, a 3-pin 230V 16A CEE outlet and three 230V schuko outlets, all with thermal-magnetic and general differential protection.
Additional equipment includes a USB port and a CEE 230V 16A plug, which are essential for powering the battery and, if necessary, the heater. Thermomagnetic circuit breakers protect auxiliary lines, while an emergency stop button and grounding connection provide additional safety.
The fuel level is monitored by an electronic float, while the alarm system warns of possible anomalies, such as voltage and frequency variations, low oil pressure, high water temperatures, alternator failure, and reduced fuel level. Finally, there are digital instruments for oil pressure and engine temperature.
