Outdoor silenced cabin made of steel and painted with epoxy powder to ensure optimal corrosion resistance. The cabin is RAL6017 green, while the roof, base and front panel are RAL7012 gray. It is equipped with sound-absorbing material with high acoustic insulation power. Accessibility for routine and extraordinary maintenance is facilitated by sturdy lockable doors. Inside the hood is a residential muffler with noise reduction of 35dB(A). The central lifting hook is certified. Fresh air intake and hot air exhaust occur vertically through special soundproofing pockets.

The electrical panel of the EY-R80F is designed to provide safe and reliable control under all operating conditions. At the center of the system is the ComAp AMF25 control box, equipped with an ON/OFF switch and visible through a porthole for added safety and convenience. The panel integrates a battery charger and a periodic test function, allowing continuous and accurate monitoring of the system, with clear instructions for grid connection.
The framework is enclosed in an IP44 metal case, resistant to external agents, and features a full-power terminal block, protected by a circuit breaker and a general differential.
Extras include a USB port and a 230V 16A CEE outlet to power the battery and heater, if needed. Safety is further ensured by thermal-magnetic circuit breakers for auxiliary lines, an emergency stop button, and a grounding connection.
The system is equipped with an electronic float switch for fuel level monitoring, and an alarm system that signals any abnormalities, such as voltage and frequency variations, low oil pressure, high water temperature, alternator problems, and insufficient fuel level. Finally, there are digital instruments for oil pressure and engine temperature.
