WHISTLEBLOWING
Energy s.r.l. pays the utmost attention to ensuring that its activities comply with current regulations, also to preserve the company’s reputation and value.
The company’s internal regulations describe business objectives in terms of clear definition of roles and responsibilities, in compliance with legislative provisions and customers’ rights, adhering to principles of integrity, trust, accountability, transparency, professionalism, and confidentiality.
In line with the above, the company encourages personnel and third parties (i.e., anyone with whom the company maintains relationships) who are aware of any unlawful or unethical acts relevant to the company to report them without fear of discrimination or retaliation.
